The Partners
Carole D. Baldwin has been a licensed member of the California State Bar since 2001 with her practice solely focused on family law related matters, including complex custody and property issues. She became a partner in the firm of Baldwin & Baldwin in 2009. She has been a Certified Family Law Specialist since 2008, and served on the board of both the San Diego County Bar Association – Certified Family Law Specialist and the San Diego Family Law Bar Association. At Baldwin, Baldwin, Da Silva & Seifert, LLP, Ms. Baldwin has handled many complex family law matters and is an experienced litigator. She also has extensive experience as a neutral mediator for couples who want to handle their matters out of court.
Angela Da Silva graduated from the University of California, Davis and has been a licensed member of the California State Bar since 1999. Ms. Da Silva had an individual practice before joining Veltmann & Leto, LLP and Veltmann Law Group where she handled complex family law matters for over 10 years before becoming a partner of Baldwin, Baldwin, Da Silva & Seifert, LLP. Ms. Da Silva has been a Certified Family Law Specialist since 2008 and has served on the board of both the San Diego County Bar Association – Certified Family Law Specialist and the San Diego Family Law Bar Association. Ms. Da Silva handles a variety of family law issues, including complex dissolution proceedings, post judgment enforcement matters, paternity cases, and mediation.
